Grant Funded Programs

CCCS of Savannah's local organization is dedicated to maintaining deep roots within our community. Our grant-funded programs aim to meet the needs of our community and to uplift those we serve by leveraging our unique services in partnership with municipalities, non-profits, employers and others. Here are just a few:

Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC)

Local businesses owners can attend credit building classes in partnership with SBAC. Participants can also attend free one-on-one sessions with one of our credit counselors virtually or in-person. To see if you qualify, please reach out to the Small Business Assistance Corporation.

City of Savannah

City of Savannah residents can benefit from the Financial Wellness for Families Program. Residents can participate in one-on-one sessions or group education workshops.

United Way of the Lowcountry

Beaufort and Jasper County residents can benefit from the Financial Wellness for Families Program. Residents can participate in one-on-one sessions or group education workshops.

United Way of the Coastal Empire

Residents from the 5-county footprint of the Coastal Empire (Bryan, Liberty, Long, Effingham, Chatham) can benefit from the Financial Wellness for Families Program. Residents can participate in one-on-one sessions or group education workshops.

Edel Employee Assistance Program

Services are available for employees and immediate family members of the Edel Employee Assistance Program including Colonial Oil, Chatham Area Transit, Vaden, and Savannah Country Day School. All counseling services are completely confidential. There is no need for you to tell anyone, ask permission, or go through Human Resources to find help. Just call 912-629-1331 or use our toll-free number 1-833-397-5142 or e-mail info@EdelEAP.org to make an appointment. The Edel Employee Assistance Program offers up to four face-to- face sessions, per person, per incident. Phone sessions are available upon request.

City of Savannah Dreammaker and Georgia’s Dream Program

City of Savannah residents can apply for the Dreammaker down payment assistance. State of Georgia residents can apply for the Georgia Dream down payment assistance program. In both cases, residents must attend a Homebuyer Workshop to receive a Homebuyer certificate.

If you are a municipality, foundation or individual, we encourage you to consider funding a life-changing financial education grant program. It will enrich your life as well.
