First Time Homebuyer Workshop

Our homebuyer educational courses can help you learn about credit, budgeting, down payment and affordable mortgage options, realty services, the closing process, avoiding pitfalls and more.

There are two options available: 

1. Self-guided, online only:

• Online through eHome America (in english and spanish)
• CCCS of Savannah offers online homebuyer education through eHome America . Like the classroom setting, this educational option will take 6-8 hours to complete. This course is offered in English and Spanish.

• Once completed, you will immediately be able to print your certificate

2. In Person or live Zoom classes:

• Classes are offered on a monthly basis on Zoom or in person.
  • Free of charge!
  • Check out our event calendar for upcoming dates, and to register for a class.

By attending one of these workshops, you will earn a certificate of completion. This certificate is needed to apply for local and state homebuyer downpayment assistance programs.
